What CA$199 replaces
The intelligence that used to take days to produce.
A strategy team reading the OGC data manually, writing a brief, checking comparables, and producing recommendations spends 8–12 hours per monthly cycle. Predictively delivers the same output — structured, scored, and formatted — in under 48 hours at a fraction of the cost.
What CA$599 replaces
The quant analytics layer that used to require a team.
Building a derived metrics engine — regression models, regime classifiers, volatility bands, momentum scoring — takes a data science team weeks to scope and months to maintain. The Premium tier delivers that entire layer, calibrated to Ontario iGaming data, updated every cycle.
The case for Premium
CA$400 more. Significantly more signal.
Regime classification changes how you read the brief
The Premium analytics engine classifies the Ontario market into one of four regimes — expansion, peak, deceleration, or contraction — with a confidence score. Every recommendation in the brief reads differently when you know which regime is active. Operators who enter a peak environment with expansion-phase positioning consistently over-commit. The classification prevents that.
Derived metrics surface what raw data cannot
GGR and player count tell you what happened. Player Monetization Efficiency, Hold Compression Index, Betting Seasonality Index, and 17 other derived metrics tell you what the data is structurally doing — whether monetization efficiency is compressing even as revenue rises, whether betting volume is seasonal or structural, whether hold rate changes reflect margin pressure or mix shift. That layer is only available in Premium.
Inflection detection before the move is visible in the brief
The inflection engine compares each metric against its 12-month rolling mean and flags statistically significant deviations. These signals often precede the narrative interpretation by one or two cycles — they appear in the chart data before they crystallise into a describable trend. For operators making forward-looking budget and product decisions, the lead time matters.
Machine-readable output plugs directly into your workflow
Every Premium report is also delivered as a structured JSON payload containing all 20 metrics, regime state, confidence scores, insight signals, and chart data. If your team runs models, dashboards, or automated reporting on market data, the Premium output integrates directly — no manual extraction, no interpretation overhead.
The case for subscribing
One decision justified pays for a year.
You're already watching this market
If you operate in Ontario, advise operators, or hold iGaming exposure, you are already spending time reading OGC data. Predictively structures that reading, adds the interpretation layer, and returns it as a ready-to-use brief. The question is not whether the analysis is useful — it is whether you want to produce it manually or have it done.
The brief is built for action, not awareness
Most market intelligence ends at description. Predictively closes with named recommendations: what to do, why now, who owns it, and what effect to expect. A single recommendation acted on — a budget reallocation, a product prioritisation, a risk avoided — recovers the subscription cost many times over.
No setup, no learning curve
The brief format is fixed and consistent. You learn it once on the first issue, and every subsequent issue is faster to read. There is no dashboard to configure, no prompt to write, no model to instruct. You open the brief and read it — the interpretation work is already done.
The archive compounds in value
Subscribers get access to the full issue archive from day one. Reading the current brief alongside three months of prior posture signals tells a different story than any single issue can. Market direction, shift points, and emerging risks become visible across the arc — not just in the latest data.
Every brief includes
Six modules. One disciplined format.
Common questions
Which tier is right for me?
The Standard tier is the right starting point for most subscribers. It covers the full monthly intelligence brief — analysis, signals, radar, risk mapping, and recommendations — and gives you everything you need to stay current on the Ontario market without producing the research yourself. The Premium tier is for teams that need to go beyond the narrative: if you are running models, feeding market data into internal dashboards, want quantitative signals with explicit thresholds, or need to understand market regime state for forward-looking positioning decisions, Premium is worth the step up.
When does the brief arrive each month?
The Ontario Gaming Commission publishes operator data monthly, typically between the 10th and 20th of the following month. Predictively delivers the completed brief within 48 hours of that publication. You will receive a notification when the new issue is available.
Is this the same data I can get from the OGC directly?
The source data is the same — OGC operator filings are publicly available. What Predictively provides is the structured reading of that data: the trend analysis, the period comparisons, the opportunity and risk framing, and the named recommendations. The raw data tells you what happened. The brief tells you what it means and what to do about it. The Premium analytics layer goes further — it runs the quantitative models so you receive scored signals, regime classification, and derived metrics that the raw data does not express.
Who is this for?
Operators active in Ontario or evaluating entry. Strategy and commercial teams that use market data to inform spend, product, and positioning decisions. Investors and advisors who need a structured market read without commissioning bespoke research. Anyone who currently reads OGC data manually and wants the interpretation done for them.
Can I read a brief before subscribing?
Yes. The Intelligence Centre includes a sample brief that shows the full format — all six modules, the scoring metadata, and the recommendation layer. The most useful evaluation is to read it against a decision your team is currently working on and judge whether the framing is useful.
Can I upgrade from Standard to Premium?
Yes. Get in touch and the upgrade takes effect from the next billing cycle. You will not lose archive access or any previously delivered briefs when upgrading.
What if the OGC doesn't publish data one month?
In the rare case the OGC delays or withholds a monthly release, no brief is generated for that cycle. Subscription billing is paused for any month where a brief is not delivered. You only pay for issues you receive.
Are there team or multi-seat plans?
Each subscription covers one account. If your team needs multiple seats or you are considering a white-label or data distribution arrangement, get in touch — partner and distribution pricing is handled separately.
