Corporate Information
This platform is operated by Predictively Inc., a corporation incorporated under the Business Corporations Act, SBC 2002, c. 57, of the Province of British Columbia, Canada.
Data Source Attribution
Predictively Intelligence Reports are derived from aggregate market performance statistics published by iGaming Ontario ("iGO"), a subsidiary of the Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation, established pursuant to the Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation Act, 1999, SO 1999, c. 12, Sch. L, as amended.
iGaming Ontario publishes aggregate market performance data as part of its commitment to market transparency. Predictively ingests this publicly available data and applies its proprietary analytical pipeline — including trend modelling, regime classification, risk scoring, and signal generation — to produce structured intelligence reports.
2.1 — Nature of Source Data
The iGaming Ontario data ingested by Predictively consists of:
- Aggregate monthly market performance statistics for the Ontario iGaming market, including gross gaming revenue (GGR), total wagers, active player counts, and hold percentages;
- Operator-level aggregate data as released by iGaming Ontario in its periodic market data publications; and
- Supplementary data released by iGaming Ontario through its data transparency program.
Predictively does not receive, process, or have access to any non-public, confidential, or player-level data from iGaming Ontario or any licensed Ontario iGaming operator. All source data is aggregate in nature and publicly released.
2.2 — Data Currency
The currency of data in any Intelligence Report is determined by the most recent iGaming Ontario market data release at the time of report generation. iGaming Ontario typically publishes market data with a reporting lag. Predictively processes and releases Intelligence Reports following each new iGaming Ontario data publication cycle. Users should refer to the "Reporting Period" disclosed on each Intelligence Report to determine the period covered.

No Prediction Disclaimer — Forward-Looking Statement Caution
All Intelligence Reports produced and delivered by Predictively are analyses of historical market data as published by iGaming Ontario. They are not forecasts, predictions, projections, or guidance with respect to future events or results.
4.1 — Forward-Looking Language Caution
Certain analytical language in Intelligence Reports may include terms that could be construed as forward-looking, including without limitation: "trajectory", "trend", "momentum", "signal", "indicator", "outlook", "expansion phase", "contraction phase", "regime", "headwind", "tailwind", "opportunity", "risk", "seasonality", "growth", "pressure", and similar terms. All such language reflects an analytical characterization of historical data patterns and must not be construed as a statement about, prediction of, or guarantee of future market performance.
4.2 — Market Uncertainty
The Ontario iGaming market is subject to regulatory, competitive, economic, technological, and consumer behaviour forces that are inherently uncertain, rapidly evolving, and in many cases unquantifiable from historical data alone. Factors that may cause actual results to differ materially from historical trends include, without limitation:
- Changes to the regulatory framework governing iGaming in Ontario, including amendments to operator registration conditions, responsible gambling requirements, or advertising standards imposed by the AGCO;
- Changes to iGaming Ontario's market conduct requirements, including changes to revenue sharing or market participation structures;
- The entry or exit of operators from the Ontario market;
- Changes in consumer preference, technology adoption, or competitive dynamics;
- Macroeconomic conditions, including inflation, interest rates, and household disposable income trends in Ontario;
- Seasonal and event-driven fluctuations not captured in the historical reporting period; and
- Force majeure events, including pandemic-level public health emergencies or other extraordinary circumstances.
Predictively expressly disclaims any obligation to update or revise any Intelligence Report or analytical output in light of new information, future events, or changes in market conditions after the report generation date.

AI-Assisted Report Generation Notice
Predictively's Intelligence Reports are generated using an artificial intelligence large language model ("AI") constrained by a deterministic analytical pipeline. The following disclosures apply:
- Source Pack Constraint: The AI generation engine operates exclusively against a structured "source pack" assembled from iGaming Ontario market data. The engine is instructed to prohibit invented figures, unsupported causal claims, and generic language that cannot be traced to the source pack;
- Schema Validation: All AI-generated output is validated against a fixed JSON schema before release. Output that does not conform to the schema is not released;
- Quality Threshold: All Intelligence Reports are subject to an internal quality scoring process. Reports that do not meet the minimum quality threshold are not released to Subscribers;
- Human Review: Predictively's platform includes administrative review controls that enable human oversight of generated reports prior to publication; and
- Limitation: Notwithstanding the foregoing controls, AI-generated text may contain errors, inaccuracies, unintended characterizations, or analytical conclusions that do not precisely reflect the underlying data. Subscribers are responsible for independently verifying any material fact before relying on it.
The use of AI in report generation does not affect the intellectual property rights in the resulting Intelligence Reports, which vest in Predictively Inc. as described in Section 6 above.
Report Currency & Staleness
Each Intelligence Report is current as of its stated generation date and reflects iGaming Ontario market data as available at that time. After publication, a report is not updated unless a material error is discovered and an erratum is issued. Subscribers should always access the most recent Intelligence Report to obtain the most current analysis.
Predictively is not obligated to issue corrections, errata, or updated reports in response to changes in market conditions occurring after the generation date of any Intelligence Report. Where Predictively does issue an erratum for a factual error, the erratum will be noted on the affected report. Predictively's obligation, if any, with respect to errata is governed by the Terms of Use.
